In 1998, Arnaud Dionnet<\/strong> and David Garcia<\/strong> decided to open a contemporary art gallery in B\u00e9ziers.<\/p>\n After initially exhibiting young artists, the gallery’s artistic line took a new turn in 2007 with the start of a collaboration with the co-founder of figuration libre Herv\u00e9 Di Rosa<\/a>, who placed his trust in them and offered them the magnificent “Di Rosa Classic” exhibition.<\/p>\n From then on, the gallery specialized in the figuration libre movement, presenting works byHerv\u00e9 Di Rosa<\/a>, Robert Combas<\/a>, R\u00e9mi Blanchard<\/a> and Fran\u00e7ois Boisrond<\/a>.<\/p>\n In January 2013, the adventure for AD Galerie continues in Montpellier with the opening of its new space dedicated to contemporary art. After 15 years in B\u00e9ziers, gallery owners David Garcia and Arnaud Dionnet are moving to the regional capital with the ambition of taking on a new dimension in a city with a strong reputation and dynamic development.<\/p>\n Set against a backdrop of rough concrete and glass,AD Galerie<\/strong> now exhibits its work in a resolutely contemporary gallery, where volume and sobriety are the watchwords, in a district with a bright future, a stronghold of design and architecture.<\/p>\n AD Galerie gives pride of place to free figuration<\/a> and narrative figuration<\/a> with its historic artists, but also to young emerging artists on the art scene, such as C\u00e9drix Crespel<\/a>, Maxime Lhermet, Eric Liot , Fen X<\/a>, S\u00e9bastien Bayet…<\/p>\n New location, new collaboration… with a great artist: Philippe Pasqua<\/a>which presents his paintings and sculptures in the prestige exhibition “Restrictions” in November 2014, and a new facet of the artist with his superimpositions of drawings on tracing paper and drawings on paper in the exhibition “Transparences” in 2016.<\/p>\n [\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][et_pb_row column_structure=”3_5,2_5″ _builder_version=”4.23.1″ _module_preset=”default” global_colors_info=”{}”][et_pb_column type=”3_5″ _builder_version=”4.23.1″ _module_preset=”default” global_colors_info=”{}”][et_pb_text _builder_version=”4.23.1″ _module_preset=”default” custom_padding=”26px|||||” global_colors_info=”{}”]<\/p>\n The gallery has moved from Port Marianne to its new 700 m2 industrial-style space, which Arnaud and David have designed and implemented to present a cutting-edge selection of both established and emerging artists. A place entirely dedicated to paintings and sculptures<\/strong>, showcased in a convivial setting.<\/p>\n A cutting-edge selection of works in the fields of free figuration<\/a>, narrative figuration<\/a>, new realism<\/a> and abstract art, featuring some of the great names in contemporary art.<\/p>\n Over the past 3 years, a new entity, AD ART, has been set up to acquire masterpieces and historic works by the world’s finest artists.
